Who we are
Personalised Wrap runs personalisedwrap.com. Email hello@personalisedwrap.com. A postal address will be published before any order can be placed. Until then, email is the way to reach us and the way to use your data-protection rights.
What this site does now
You can read the catalogue, type a name into a preview box, and choose a length. That typing stays in your browser. The forms are not connected to a server, a payment service, or an inbox. We do not ask you to create an account. We do not run advertising cookies, and this static site does not set its own tracking cookies.
The pages load typefaces from Google Fonts and product photographs from a third-party image host. Those requests can expose your IP address to those services in the ordinary way a web page loads. We do not receive a report of that.
What we expect to collect later
When ordering opens, a real order will need your name, email address, delivery address, the design, the length, and the words you want printed. We will use those details to print and post the paper, to reply if there is a problem, and to keep a record of the sale. We do not intend to sell personal information or to use it for unrelated marketing. If that changes, this page will change first.
How long it would be kept
Order records would be kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with a fault or a question. The exact periods will be added before the shop takes payment.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, you can ask for a copy of personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction or deletion, and object to certain uses. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Email hello@personalisedwrap.com and we will answer on UK working days. Because the site takes no orders today, there may be nothing held beyond an email you chose to send.
